People Development
At EG LNG we pride ourselves on our People Development reputation, and when it comes to our employees’ development, we consider learning and performance to be one and the same thing. Everything we say about learning translates into performance. Our employees navigate a development system that includes strong technical foundations along with soft skill enhancement. Learning is delivered through a blended classroom system, on the job training, computer based and practical application. Our goal is to promote individual employee development by offering a variety of programs to foster a culture that supports learning and growth of skills and abilities to enhance the organization effectiveness.
Training Programs
To ensure that EG LNG maintains a world-class reputation, our programs are benchmarked internationally with accreditation through the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL). We administer our own training programs for our technicians in the Maintenance and Operations departments.
